What is Bootcamp

Boot Camps are usually split into 3 circuits (5 exercises each) and are time-based interval circuits with minimal equipment so you can focus on intensity on each exercise. Each circuit mixes heart-rate-revving cardio moves with multi-joint strength exercises so you torch the maximum amount of calories while you tone every inch.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal trainers are certified to have a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They provide one to one sessions to motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback that allows clients to achieve personal accountability. Trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
